[tag] fracture_permeability_parameter

The permeability of fracture is enhanced by \(\mathbf{K}_f = (1-v)^{\xi}\frac{w^3}{12h_e}(\mathbf{I}-\mathbf{n}\otimes\mathbf{n}) \) where \( \xi \) is the fracture_permeability_parameter which is used to penalize the enhancement of the permeability for the diffused crack regime.

\( w \): The fracture aperture; \( h_e \): The element size; \( \mathbf{I} \): The unit second-oder tensor; \( \mathbf{n} \): The normal vector of fracture.
