[tag] basis_vector_1

A basis vector for the local coordinate system. Must be of unit length.

It can be an empty tag with the attribute implicit = "true". If basis_vector_0 is implicit, it can be explicit with two components for a 2D coordinate system, or it can be implicit for a 3D coordinate system.
